Field Coordinator/Call Center Rep - Full-time / Part-time

***CALL CENTER / FIELD COORDINATOR***

Contract to Hire, Full Time, $12 to $13 per hour

MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED:

• MINIMUM of 2.5 years in call center environment
• Strong job tenure
• Type a minimum of 50 wpm

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) THE FOLLOWING:

Responsible for taking calls from field installation and maintenance technicians who are having route issues or job site issues

Responsible for placing follow up call to customer once technician leaves to perform a brief survey on customer service

Their days will be very busy and they need to be able to multitask

During the busier times they will be running two monitors and 4 programs at one time and running reports on a computer
