Architectural Drafter - Full-time / Part-time

Helooooo Architectural Drafters!

We are looking for experienced drafters! We have a ton of work planned out until 2019 already and need assistance in the Architecture department.

In this role, candidates will be drafting construction documents for senior living facilities. Candidates will be using AutoCAD or Revit to draft the construction documents. Candidates will be doing floor plans and interiors exclusively. Candidates will not be doing any envelops or wraps of buildings. Candidates will be working closely with interior designers and architectural designers to complete projects. Detailing involves finishes including stone veneer, tile, custom wall finishes, custom column finishes, and architectural moldings. No certifications, PPE, or medical monitoring required.
