Mechanical Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

A start up company in Irvine is looking to hire a mechanical assembler to assist in the development of their rapidly growing product. This is individual needs to be eager to grow and develop long term within an emerging company. Additional qualifications needed are below.

Job Description

- Responsible for the assembly of batteries used in the forklift industry

- Perform fabrication of products including drilling, cutting, and grinding of products

- Minimal electrical duties, including but not limited to, crimping and wiring

Qualifications

- 1+ years of mechanical assembly experience using various tools including screwdrivers, drills, hammers, and wire cutters

- Some electrical background with wiring, stripping, and crimping

- Previous background utilizing machinery to cut, drill, and fabricate various materials including metal and plastic
