About this job

Hiring Customer Service Representatives for Chantilly, VA office. These individuals will be responsible for the following:

  • Making outbound customer service calls to schedule appointments
  • Updated database with accurate information
  • Properly code each call
  • Provide high levels of customer service
  • Hit daily/weekly goals

Desired Experience:

  • 1 year of customer service or sales experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail



SCHEDULE: Training for the first month is 8:30am-5:30pm with a one hour lunch. The Healthcare Scheduling Specialists will be working a 9:30am - 6:30pm shift after the first month of training.
