Maintenance Technician -- $22-$25/hr - Full-time / Part-time

This is a mechanical/electrical maintenance position. What someone can anticipate on doing on any given day is troubleshooting and repairing issues that come up in the plant. A lot of the machines have some sort of hydraulic or pneumatic controlled part that causes the equipment to run properly. All of the equipment in this facility is highly automated that is ran with some sort of PLC with Allen Bradley or Siemens being the type. Candidates can also expect to work on small scale issues when it comes to conveyors that moves to product from point A - B in the facility.

Candidates can expect to be working with VFD's (variable frequency drives), 480 volt regularly, experience un-wiring, re-wiring equipment. Frequently they will be troubleshooting and repairing motors, proximity switches, photo eyes, etc. Being able to open up an electrical panel and troubleshoot would be necessary.

The person would not be making changes to the programming through the PLC or creating programs, but knowing when this could be an issue would be helpful.

2 shifts are available - 2nd and 3rd

Pay is dependent on experience

• Ability to read blueprints
