Position Summary:

Provide preventative maintenance service and energy commissioning to stores, specializing in, but not limited to electrical maintenance items. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for the preventative maintenance and upkeep of equipment to keep it in a safe working condition.
  • Perform other tasks in new installations, new stores, and remodels as scheduled by management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely, employee time reports, and warehouse/truck inventory records as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to provide prompt and cost effective maintenance service to various store facilities as assigned.
  • All work shall be done in a timely, safe and quality conscious matter, in an effort to provide our stores with the best service possible.
  • Complete related paperwork electronically including time and attendance, log sheets, and parts orders.
  • Drive company van between locations.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Ability to travel independently
  • Electrical Certification
  • Experience (3 years for Journeyman)
