The Senior Analyst - Scheduling, Routing & Dispatch is responsible for delivering training, coaching and enforcing SOPs, SLAs (reporting) and quality standards that fall within Company policies. The role will partner with areas across the Enterprise to ensure continuous improvement while driving a positive experience for all requests from corporate, field and other constituents and ensure the delivery of regular communication to all partners regarding business priorities and plans.

Process Execution

• Ownership of day-to-day process execution and performance management of employees and external vendors performing scheduling, routing and dispatch tasks.

Reporting

• Reporting: Design, maintain and report across multiple methodologies to show execution and performance improvement.

SOP and Training Content

• Responsible for development, implementation & execution of SOP & delivering training content for all scheduling, routing and dispatch functions supporting In-Home Operations.

Expertise

• Serves as the subject matter expert and primary resource for scheduling, routing and dispatch.

Gap Identification

• System process gap identification and development, ensuring scheduling, routing and dispatch works seamlessly with field and internal teams

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and skill set:

Basic Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years general services fulfillment experience
• 2+ years of operational business management experience
• 1+ years of on-site services fulfillment experience
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and facilitation)
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, MapPoint, Power Point

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s degree in business or related field
• 3+ years progressive on-site services fulfillment experience
• 3+ years of operational business management experience
• 2+ years retail management experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Best Buy systems including FMS, OMS, and POS
