Pay Rate: Hourly, $9 for training, $10/hr; Opportunity for rapid advancement depending on job performance.

Job Purpose: Serve users of tech by providing repair solutions and advice for all of their technology repair needs.

  • 1-3 years of customer service/retail sales experience preferred
  • Ability to think on your feet, and offer creative solutions to problems
  • Proven ability to learn new, required skills to ensure the best possible customer experience
  • Highly motivated and results- driven individual

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that customers have a fantastic repair experience and in turn creating promoters of the brand
  • Assist customers from initial check in process all the way through to the completion of repair
  • Provide creative recommendations for technology repair needs
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices (Training provided)
  • Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
  • Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
  • Provide additional recommendations for accessory up-selling
  • Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed UBREAKIFIX quality standards
  • Provide excellence in each and every customer interaction. Follow the A,B,C’s of customer interactions: Always Be Selling, and ensure customers they have picked the right place for their repair needs!
  • Ensure inventory levels are accurate and tracked properly through following systemized UBIF process for inventory ordering, tracking and management.
  • Follow proper protocol while handling delicate devices for customers
  • Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair
  • Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store
