Job Description
Leon Uniform Company is searching for a full-time Tailor Shop Operator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Sewing Tasks:
Performs the following sewing tasks meeting standards and using established protocols:
Install Emblems
Hem Trousers
Install Sleeve Braid
Install Buttons/Zippers on shirts and jackets
Alterations as requested
Pressing of garments after alterations are completed
Systems and Quality:
Completes work in a timely manner, including due date orders, right away (RA) orders from the showroom, and Fast Track orders.
Notifies supervisor of defective goods prior to processing.
Shop Tasks:
Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
Maintains supply inventory by checking stock and verifying receipt of ordered inventory.
