Are you experienced in refinishing & installing hardwood flooring?
We are relatively new company looking for an experienced hardwood installer & refinisher to run a crew. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the company and possibly oversee multiple crews in the future.
Position Requirements
Drivers License - Required no exceptions
Reliable Vehicle - Required no exceptions
3+ Years experience - can complete a project from start to finish
Attention to detail - we strive to put out the highest quality product
Good communicator & attitude

Salary: $19.00 to $20.00 /hour

We are a full service custom hardwood flooring company with over fifteen years experience within the industry. We specialize in the installation, repair, sanding, & refinishing of all types of hardwood flooring. No matter how big or small the job, we have the skills and expertise to get the job done right.
Installation- We install everything from hardwood, prefinished engineered, to laminate flooring.
Repairs- From a small one board replacement to water damage repairs or damage from termites, we can evaluate and repair most damaged spots to keep you from replacing an entire floor.
Sanding/Refinishing- To renew the look of old floors on your projects we can sand and refinish them. Don’t waste the time and money demoing and installing new flooring without considering this option. We have brought many neglected floors back to life through this process.
Flooring Removal – We remove all types of flooring. Old nasty carpet over your hardwoods? No problem, we can remove it and bring back the beautiful hardwoods!
