Job Description

The Contracts & Pricing Manager maintains and supports customer accounts in regards to pricing, contracts, and orders. He/she will build and maintain customer relationships to enhance the customer experience. 

 

Responsibilities:

·         Manage contracts for customers including preparing, coordinating and managing contract renewals, pricing requests, price discrepancies and contact reports.

·         Develop, implement, monitor, and report out on pricing/contract process.

·         Research sales history and gather account information for adherence to contract reports.

·         Enter contract and compliance data into data base.

·         Match contracted pricing with any current distribution, GPO, and /or rebate contracts.

·         Manage rebate program; including SPR processing, monthly rebate submissions, reports to internal and external customers.

  

Required Qualifications:

·         B.S./B.A. degree in business or related & 5+ years experience in a sales operations role.

·         Experience with pricing and contracts in medical device industry, or similar industry.
