Job Summary

  • Supervises, Manages Shifts and all issues during these shifts
  • Operates cash register to accept payment for merchandise or services.

General Responsibilities

- Maintain a Productive and Successful environment for team members and customers

- Manages team members, trains them, guides them and disciplines them as needed.

- Strong communication with Guests, Staff members and other Shift leads.

- Raising issues to the Management and Operators if any issues arise during your shifts.

- Ability to solve issues and raise this to guest members

- Maintain store cleanliness and appearance

- Conscious of shift sales and maintaining operational standards

- Reviews and promotes ideas to improve financial performance during shifts

- Always has an eye on the controllable food, labor, and sales

- Provide excellent customer service and build trustable relations with respect and hard work

- Responsible for Shift Sales and all operational issues

- Review Criticals, Items needed for ordering to manage the shifts.
