Job Description
PDG Consulting is looking for a retail assistant to join our team and assist with our customer acquisition and in-store promotions at retail stores. This position is entry level, however, there are opportunities to progress into a management role for those interested in growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our customer base on behalf of our clients and dealing with customer queries.
Retail Assistant responsibilities:
Interacting with customers on a face to face basis
Representing our clients in a professional and friendly manner
Product knowledge
Providing customer feedback to management and our clients when relevant
Assisting with customer acquisition
Applicant requirements:
18+ years of age
Eligible to work in the United States
Ability to collaborate with a team
A background in, or a desire to learn sales and customer service skills
Friendly communication skills
