Job Title: Pricing Coordinator
Location: Columbia, MD 21046
Job Duration: 3+ Months Contract
The Pricing Coordinator position will be responsible for the activation and accuracy of pricing architecture for the Mid Atlantic Pepsi Beverages region. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue Management and will partner with the Retail and Foodservice Sales teams. Candidate must be detail-oriented and analytical with the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong internal customer skills are a must.
Major Task Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
• Review Foodservice pricing requests for PBC Mid-Atlantic Region
• Continually advance pricing processes for the PBC Mid-Atlantic
• Maintain effective and constant dialogue with all stakeholders in Foodservice pricing (CSC, Pepsi Direct, Foodservice HQC team, Foodservice HQ Rev Man). Have strong understanding of pricing processes followed by these parties
• Prepare Region spreadsheets for annual price increase processes
• Partner with Retail Sales to provide TPM related support and ensure integrity of Off Ticket/Trade Spend Accruals
• Work with HQ Sales Transformation teams and Unity Analysts to improve the overall Off-Ticket process.
• Assist KAM teams in managing the accrual process and closing out TPM accruals in a timely manner to ensure P&L accuracy
• Ensure that appropriate business process controls are in place. Ensure adherence to PepsiCo fiscal and risk management policies and procedures.
• Assist the Retail KAM team work through Headquarter accrual/funding audits and ensure the accuracy of the funding initiatives selected for each planning level.
• Additional reporting as necessary.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
• College degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross functional teams
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Excel skills & experience manipulating large data files (i.e. pivot tables, etc.)
• Must be a collaborative team player with strong work ethic and winning mentality
• High attention to detail and excellent organization
• Strong analytical, processing and problem solving skills
• Strong process improvement skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize well
• Proven ability to work under stressful time constraints
• Ability to quickly resolve issues and develop relationships
• Experience with PBC DEAL pricing system preferred for internal candidates
• Experience with TPM and ERT preferred for internal candidates
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
