Job Description
HEP Sales/North Main Lumber is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Waterloo, NY at our corporate office building. Responsibilities will include assisting the store manager in all aspects of operating the store profitably as well as supervising staff.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Retail or sales management and supervision experience
- Heating, Electric, Plumbing, and Lumber/Building Materials knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Problem solving and decision making skills; positive attitude
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
