As a Market Demand Representative (MDR), you will contribute to a growing nationwide real estate technology company, be the first point of contact for homeowners inquiring to sell their home to Money Bug, and reach out directly to homeowners previously identified as “likely to be willing to sell their property.” Every week you will coordinate the purchase of millions of dollars’ worth of real property from around the nation. You will work closely with the internal marketing department and have an opportunity to work as part of a team to help improve internal processes. Your income will be commensurate with your experience.

 

Your Job:

· This position is front line to our business and is directly responsible for the generation of new business through outbound and inbound channels while forging profitable relationships.

· This is a lead generation top of funnel sales and marketing position. A majority of your compensation will be derived from capitalizing on inbound calls.

· Present homeowners with an exceptional customer experience and convey the advantages of selling a property to Money Bug.

· Review title conditions for a given subject property using software packages provided by Money Bug.

· Qualify sellers and schedule home inspections for field agents.

· Daily CMS input to monitor the sales process from start to finish.

· Requires a positive attitude with a superior disposition over the phone.

· Maintain constant communication with sellers and the field-team during our home purchasing process.

· As the first person with this role, you will contribute to the development of processes and standards for all future Market Demand Representatives (MDRs). This position is a unique opportunity for upward mobility within a fast-growing company

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and/or 2 years College Diploma from an accredited institution.

· 2-3 years of corporate work experience, with consumer experience a plus.

· Strong desire to be in real estate sales. Prior inside sales/office-based sales experience a plus.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
