Electrical Counter Sales - Full-time / Part-time

Bayshore Supply is a growing electrical, plumbing and HVAC distributor. We distribute residential and commercial lighting, electrical supplies, plumbing supplies, and heating and ventilation supplies. We have been serving the Bay Area for over 20 years. We focus on making sure our customers receive the best service.

We are seeking an Electrical Counter Sales to become an integral part of our team! Salespersons need to be able to assist in choosing products that best meet the customer's needs. Strong sales experience and industry knowledge is preferred. We have a wide range of customers from homeowners to designers to contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Recognize and identify customer requested parts and supplies
• Write and pull orders for over-the-counter sales and pickups
• Assist warehouse staff with maintaining stock levels
• Assist with customer issues and problems

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. Trade experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and relationship with customers
• Basic computer skills. Eclipse ERP software experience is preferred, but training is available
