Job Description

Jacksonville – “Contracts Administrator”

Great opportunity to land a Contracts & Pricing Position with our client,  a national leader in surgical devices, instruments and implants.

As our client's national sales team builds relationships with surgeons and hospitals to utilize their products; the in house contracts team is there to support them.   As a Contract Administrator you will be involved in the negotiation and establishment of product pricing, the completion of RFPs and ultimately the building of the key relationships with hospital purchasing & C Level decision makers to ensure our client is and remains their established vendor of choice.  You will be responsible for the research, analysis and finished presentation for RFPs, new contracts and existing contracts that are up for renewal.  You will be working at the corporate office in Jacksonville and reporting to the Contracts & Compliance Officer. 

Compensation

 Requirements  

  • BA/BS degree (preferably in healthcare or business)
  • Minimum of 1 year corporate contracts work  
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Candidates must be very personable / self-driven / solid work ethic / high integrity
  • Proficient in MS Office
