Sideboard neighborhood kitchen and coffee bar is looking for individuals to join our FOH team; Barista and Shift Lead positions. Locations are in Danville and Lafayette
Baristas:
We are currently seeking Baristas who are passionate about coffee, food, and creating that incredible guest experience using the finest ingredients available. Individuals must be knowledgeable in serving delicious coffees in a variety of brewing methods including but not limited to: espresso, pour over, and cold brew and be familiar with the 'dial in' process. We want an individual who wants to hone their craft and understands the delicious potential of each cup of coffee. Pay DOE plus cash tips.
Full Time Shift Lead:
We are currently seeking FOH Shift Leads who are passionate about people, food, coffee, and creating that incredible guest experience. Individuals must have prior restaurant experience, POS knowledge, and cash handling skills. You will need to be dedicated to your team and your guests by keeping our kitchen and coffee bar running smoothly and efficiently. We want an individual who is looking to grow, learn, and expand with us! Pay DOE plus cash tips.
