Retail Garden Center Staff Wanted!
Do you love nature, plant life, the outdoors and beautiful blooming flowers! Four Season's of McLean has a current position open for a full-time Garden Center member in McLean, VA. :)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting Customers with selecting plants, provide information if possible
- Watering and general care of flowers and plants
- Assist with the delivery of product from delivery trucks
- Assisting customers' as they load their vehicles
- Able to multi-task and use cash register
- Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends.
- Stock tables and displays with merchandise
- Requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, and flexibility.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 18 years old
- Must be able to fill out a W-2
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- High school diploma or general education degree.
- Must be able to pass general background check.
- Ability to work in the elements
- Candidate must be able to stand for a long period of time
- Positive attitude and able to communicate with customers
The dress code is casual; Company t-shirt and outdoor clothing. Operations are 5-7 days a weeks.
We are looking for someone that loves to be outside and has a good attitude:) Hours may be flexible, but must work weekends.
