Job Summary:

HR Systems Analyst contributes to the development and execution of project plans, as well as, the delivery of routine and transactional HR services that support HR strategies and business objectives, including but not limited to: talent planning, the HR department technical software of our HRIS (Sage) & ATS (Newton) systems. The role will also ensure oversight of system updates and pulling various HR operations reports for the Sr. Director of HR and the Sr. HR Business Partner on a weekly and monthly base. The position serves as a liaison between the various operation departments and HR.  

Essential Duties:

·         Attends and participates in HR planning and action meetings as needed. 
Screens, categorizes and resolves data integrity issues to improve source data. 

·         Assists in managing and leading multiple project components and/or phases of delivery or administration of HR programs and initiatives. 

·         Perform other duties assigned, follow all safety and food quality policies and procedures etc.

·         Effectively prioritize, assign and ensure completion of reports, projects and tasks in a timely manner. 

·         Builds highly collaborative relationships across the organization to coach and action desired HR data outcomes in our system of record. 

·         Advocates for and manages the talent planning project life-cycle across all lines of business to ensure tactical support.

·         Actively participate in the optimization of the company’s use of existing HR technology solutions resulting in enhanced operations and user experience.

·         Assists in analyzing data and information from HR transactions; produces report; understands and communicates data/stories/tends; links findings to business needs (foundational investigations, corrective action, employee relations, performance management, coaching scenarios, and other general HR transactions). 

·         Develop and configure consistent solutions in support of HR technology initiatives including research, problem solving, resolution, and issue tracking.

·         Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions. Serve as a technology liaison with HR business groups, external vendors, IT, finance, and other stakeholders.

·         Work with internal resources to develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Assist in development and training of internal clients on new processes.

·         Develop standard reports for ongoing HR needs, including compiling and analyzing data.

·         Consistently review quantitative and qualitative data with the objective of identifying trends and proposition solutions.

·         Work closely with human resources team to determine problems areas within the system, and resolve any systemic issues on a timely base.

Required Work Experience:

·         Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business preferred and/or 3-5+ years of relevant work experience. 

·         3 - 5 years of experience in HR or doing related work. 

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. 

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and related data management techniques

SHRM Certification is preferred.
