Summary of Position Purpose:

The Lead Generator’s primary responsibility is to obtain leads for the Residential Install Sales department. Lead Generators (LGs) work in our partner locations  to find prospects who want/need to replace their current heating and/or air conditioning systems. The LG’s secondary goal is to create a future customer that our  client can nurture with other service offerings.

LGs are active lead generators who assertively pursue leads by engaging customers in conversations, by offering marketing materials and by seeking customers throughout the store when store traffic is slow.

 

Responsibilities/Position Functions:

 

 

 

  • Obtain leads from customers at our partner sites.

 

  • Use excellent sales skills to attract customers and generate interest in comfort solutions.

 

  • Meet or exceed targets for lead generation.
  • Must Average .25 leads generated per hour

 

  • Participate fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes.
  • Document leads accurately and completely on the Lead Tracking sheet.
  • Work well with partner site team members.
  • Develop ability to speak knowledgeably about benefits of comfort solutions and reasons why our client and Lennox are the best solution providers.
  • Keep work area clean and neat. Make sure table/kiosk is neat and attractive. Make sure supplies (brochures, Lead Tracking sheets, magnets, and Pens) are always available.
  • Escalate issues appropriately to Lead Generator Supervisor or Marketing Manager.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Skill, Certification or Educational Requirements:

H.S. diploma or GED required.

Customer Service or Sales experience a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good time management skills.

Have at least basic computer skills.

Have clear, legible handwriting.

Job Conditions and Environment :

Works at table/kiosk in retail stores.
