We are looking to fill a temporary position for our clients website team.

This is a temporary full time position. There is a chance that it may turn into a permanent role, but that is depending on our volume over the next couple of months, so it''s not temp to hire for sure. The hours would be Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm and starting at $15.25 hourly.

General Job Description: support sales reps and clients by answering questions and maintaining digital packages.

Major Duties and responsibilities:

• Correspond with customer and sales via phone & email
• Assist in the completion of customer website revisions
• Proof read and edit customer website and social media content
• Assist in the management of customer social media ads
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements/Key Skills:

• Knowledgeable in digital advertising platforms
• Knowledgeable and experienced in Wordpress and Photoshop
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, sales reps and other departments whether by e-mail, phone or in person
• Be positive, creative and self motivated
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong English language skills

Expectations:

• Complete assigned customer appointments on time

• Complete website designs assigned 1 week before proof is due to customer

• Complete all website and graphic revisions within 2 business days of receipt

• Create 3 options for customer social media graphics with 6 business days of materials received date

• Maintain inboxes for websites

• Maintain knowledge of website and social media channels and trends through research and reading assignments provided
