Presently WIS International is seeking a highly motivated Scheduling Coordinator/Analyst to join our team.


JOB SUMMARY


Under the general supervision of our National Accounts Manager and our San Diego based Manager of Client Services, the National Accounts Scheduling Coordinator works independently offsite or at our client's facility to coordinate our national inventory service schedule, and to perform a variety of administrative activities which support the Account Management and Sales functions. This customer service position is designed to provide an immediate resource to our client that will differentiate WIS International as their primary service provider. Working as an onsite vendor, the appropriate candidate must provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism.


JOB DUTIES


*Coordinate and process the inventory schedules from the client to the appropriate WIS field operation employees.


*Display the ability to effectively document and respond to all inquiries and concerns, by maintaining direct and continuous contact with the client and WIS personnel.


*Ensure that all client deadlines, service levels, and departmental guidelines are met at all times.


*Support various special projects that are provided to the client.


*Organize flash report data and custom sign-off log data by developing a data base of account data used for service, production and fee analysis and by ordering customer Analysis report information.


*Resolve account concerns such as delinquent final reports or billing issues by communicating with field operations, the customer data center, Accounts Receivable or the Technical Support Departments.


*Maintaining constant open communication with the appropriate Sales/Account Management representative.


*Deliver superior Internal/External client support to Management staff


*Maintain client scheduling database and distribute inventory notification to appropriate client employees.


*Download and Upload inventory software files


*Professional business attire is required

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:Requires a high school diploma, preferably an associate's degree or equivalent in business administration or other related curriculum.

Experience: Requires a minimum of one to two years of related experience, preferably in customer service related industry.

Skills: Must be very proficient in Excel and Outlook. Must be able to create and maintain excel spreadsheets. Must possess strong decision making skills, sound judgment and analytical skills. Be able to effectively organize and prioritize workload and deadlines. Must be able to multi-task and respond to all inquiries and deadlines in a timely manner. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to be flexible in scheduling inventories around customer and field management needs and other scheduled activities.
