They are adding a Front Office Administrative Assistant to their team who is dedicated to making sure their day-to-day front office and administrative tasks are taken care of efficiently, reliably, and properly. As the Front Office Administrative Assistant, you may handle these responsibilities in any given week:

• Created a few reports and used your critical eye to make sure the data given to you was accurate.
• Opened several jobs and put together the binders for them.
• Received office deliveries, logged them, tagged them, and distributed them to the right person/location.
• Formatted a couple of excel files for quotes.
• Answered a handful of calls and routed them to the right people.
• Welcomed various visitors and paged who they needed to see.
• Scanned in paperwork and digitally filed it.
• Updated the SharePoint and office calendar.
• Shipped out six packages.
• Created a purchase order or two.
• Safety meeting! Can you order lunch for the office?
• Create and update vendor files because you’re organized like that.
• Act as liaison between the other 8 locations, we’re in this together!
