Document Control Clerk for durable medical goods company located in Irvine CA.
Temporary to Hire opportunity, Hours 7:00 am-3:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Company will conduct background check prior to start.

Essential Responsibilities:
Submit documentation to doctors via e-fax transmittal, email and DocuSign, in order to obtain signatures. You will be responsible for follow up on the status of unsigned orders to make sure documentation is signed and received back from the doctors in a timely manner.
Make calls to sales reps and doctors to follow up on documents sent and not received back. In addition, may need to obtain contact information, doctor changes, patient information updates, and the status of outstanding documentation.
When signed documents received back, will need to audit the qualifying signature (training provided). If signature good, will pass documents on to the scan team for further processing.
Heavy data input/management through a CRM interface will be required. Training of the CRM system will be provided.
This position requires ability to work in and understand MS Outlook and Excel, as the daily tasks rely heavily on these programs.
Will be communicating with other team members and management on a frequent basis and is expected to present information and feedback in meetings.
Will also be filing and helping out with additional clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Min 2 years Clerical experience in medical industry; Customer Service in outbound call center is a definite plus!
Accurate Typing/Data Entry 40 wpm
Computer Literate with Intermediate MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Good phone skills and verbal communication skills are a must!
Flexibility/Can-Do Attitude is desired
