The CLUB has an opportunity for a CLUB Marketing Specialist in our financial services marketing department. This position is located at our office in Lincoln, Nebraska. It's In Our Nature!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Executes marketing tasks for all CLUB Marketing channels, including retail, print, customer relations and digital media outlets for Cabela's CLUB. Consistently exceeds expectations and shows commitment to Cabela's Core Values by supporting the marketing department.

KEY DUTIES:
Run weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of marketing initiatives while organizing the data into presentable formats.
Execute marketing processes via basic project management tactics in support marketing campaigns and other departmental initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation of processes, while effectively communicating cross-functionally with various business units, as identified by Marketing management.
Maintain project timelines, business cases, presentations, project documentation and other documents as needed to support marketing teams in achieving key goals as outlined by the business (i.e. growth targets and other key metrics)
Track progress and deliverables with customer comments and key marketing projects by evaluating ongoing customer comment reports for consistencies and opportunities for improved customer experience and loyalty.
Help organize, participate, and summarize key departmental meetings and discussions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree or equivalent with 0 to 2+ years relevant experience required.
Strong communication (written/verbal) and facilitation skills. Is a self-starter, willingly demonstrates personal initiative and assumes responsibility and ownership. Ability to work with a team to create an open environment supportive of sharing information and ideas that are conducive to contribution, growth, and achievement. Exemplary standards of integrity, personal work ethic and continuous involvement in personal development. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and ability to manage their time effectively. Has experience working with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and One Note software. Minimal travel is required.
