Homeowner Concierge - River Mountain Lodge & Mountain Thunder Lodge - Breckenridge Ski Resort

The Owner's Concierge will provide exceptional service and create loyal relationships with Mountain Thunder Lodge and River Mountain Lodge homeowners.  The Owner's Concierge will develop meaningful relationships with in-town vendors, realtors and other Vail Resorts’ outlets.  This position will not only build relationships with our current homeowners, but provide potential owners with accurate information in regards to our rental services and offerings.  They will be influential in maintaining rental units on our program as well as bringing on new units/owners to the Mountain Thunder Lodge and River Mountain Lodge Breck PM rental services.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Create open and on-going conversation with current MTL and RML rental owners via pre-arrival and quarterly phone calls to owners
• Strengthen relationship with owners by making reservations and creating a more welcoming atmosphere for current owners
• Work with local realtors to sell prospective buyers to MTL and RML rental management
• Write arrival letters and walk owner units prior to arrival
• Basic knowledge of rental revenue numbers and services to promote to potential buyers
• Expand owner loyalty program specific to MTL and RML homeowners
• Work closely with local vendors and Vail Resorts to provide owners discounts on local dining and activities.  Will assist MTL and RML owners with booking lodging across Vail Resorts properties.
• Strengthen realtor relationship to make MTL and RML rental management realtor's option of choice
• Coordinate and arrange welcome and loyalty gifts for owners
• Manage database of owners to enhance relationship
• Prepare bi-monthly owner newsletter for the MTL and RML homeowners
• Checking owners into their units’ personally
• Work FD shifts as needed.  Train on FD agent responsibilities.
• Monthly billing

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hospitality experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Appropriate grammar and telephone etiquette, must be proficient in writing professional business emails and letters to external guests
• English skills
• Exceptional customer service and willingness to be out-front in approaching potential clients and owners
• Bachelor's degree – preferred
• Concierge experience - preferred
