Springfield, OH well-established, financial services company seeks fulltime Processing Specialist (data entry).

         Full-time schedule, Monday thru Friday.

         $12.50/hr.

         Full training provided.

Duties include:

         Ability to understand insurance forms to allow accurate, timely updates to customer database.

         Identify numerous policy types (ie., PUD, townhome, flood, wind, etc.) and determine needed action.

         Make timely premium payments from established escrow accounts to ensure uninterrupted coverages.

         Validate documents according to established procedures .   

         Maintain accurate records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

         Communicate and coordinate with insurance agents and/or insurance carriers to verify information, update status, and meet requirements.

         Meet deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements include:

         High school diploma or equivalent.

         Good verbal/written communication skills.

         Current updated resum .

         Intermediate computer skills (data entry, MS Office).

         Strong attention to detail and customer service skills. 

         Minimum of one year experience in insurance, banking, finance or mortgage servicing or related experience/education desirable.

         Prescreen testing required.
