This is a temp to perm position with a top tier real estate firm. You will work on-site at a luxury building in Midtown Manhattan.
Job Description:
Manage apartment transfers and early upgrade: negotiate terms (upon approval from GM), select appropriate unit options based on tenant preferences (floor plan, view, budget) & availably (limiting vacancy loss), coordinate viewing schedules for occupied apartments and show units, assist tenant with application and follow up for approval via On-Site, prepare Lease & Early Termination documents, process new lease and move out & work with GM on appropriate reports, coordinate physical move in and out scheduling
Prepare and distribute building-wide communications via BuildingLink
Monitor and respond to tenant complaints as appropriate (i.e. smoking, noise, valet)
Conduct orientations
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills are required for this position.
