Pay Hourly: $20.00 Per Hour + OT/DT

Staffmark Drivers has several opportunities for Class A harbor drivers to start immediately! We have positions based out of the Carson, CA location. Are you looking to join one of the largest local drayage ocean freight fleets in the nation? Then, you are looking at your future job with Staffmark Drivers!
Job Description:
Current modern day cab trucks or daily home time
Pull containers out of the Long Beach/ Los Angeles ports deliver back to the yard or to local customers around the area
Operate a Class A tractor-containers combination -- 20' to 53'
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on both tractor / container & chassis
Safely transport container loads to and from customer locations locally, secure loads or empty's before leaving the yards at all time
Thoroughly complete daily log books up to date and turn in all required paperwork daily
Comply with company policies and all federal, state and local DOT regulations
Safety FOCUSED work environment at all times
Staffmark Drivers focuses exclusively on finding the most qualified commercial Class A Port driving jobs in the area
Drivers Shift & Benefits:
Monday through Thursday approx. start time 4:00pm or5:00pm with the ability to work Saturdays when needed.

Requirements:
24 years of age or older
Valid Class A license
Valid Medical Certificate
Valid TWIC Card

NO DUI'S, reckless driving or serious violations within the past 5 years
Must be able to provide current DMV Printout H-6 (10 year), issued within the past 30 days
