Responsible for leading retail sales operation, related support services of processing and merchandising, overseeing costumer experience, and ensuring efficient and cost effective operation and stewardship of Goodwill West Texas’ Permian stores to maximize profitability and increase training opportunities. Provide oversight to sales operations in managers that develops and maintains a positive retail image while accomplishing store goals. Ensure appropriate supervision and training of employees.
