Skills – Experience and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience working in marketing, product, IT and/or IT Operations
  • Experience managing measurement/reporting insights for a business
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment and taking the initiative to find creative solutions
  • Ability to shift between strategy and execution modes to see an initiative all the way through to successful completion
  • Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Effective collaborator
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

We are currently looking for an e-Commerce Marketing Lead to join our Digital Marketing team. This role will focus on in-app purchase flows (landing pages and carts) that lead to subscriber acquisition. The focus is on Android mobile but will also require some OTT app work as well (this includes streaming players like Roku, Amazon Fire, etc. as well as Smart TVs). In addition, you will work on opportunities to drive increased marginal revenue and increased subscriber loyalty. You’ll collaborate with various marketing areas as well as cross-functionally with Product, IT, Operations, and Analytics teams. This is the right job for you if you like to use both analytical and creative thinking to deliver impact in a fast-paced environment.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy for in-app and push notifications, aligning back to marketing’s top acquisition, retention, and monetization priorities
  • Boost subscription activations for in-app purchase flows on Android mobile and more
  • Innovate and prioritize a/b tests to increase in-app cart conversion; use test outcomes to further refine future tests or make permanent changes to landing pages, carts, or app notifications
  • Drive profitability through improved retention, and incremental revenue opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights for cart funnel analytics including conversion rates, OTT viewing rates, roll-to-pay, and churn rates, among others
  • Develop subject matter expertise for mobile app acquisition and upsell efforts
  • Participate in IT and product release testing in Beta, QA, and Production environments, assisting with troubleshooting as needed, and providing clear feedback to IT and product teams
  • Analyze data to report on performance, highlight areas for improvement, and act to close gaps
  • Resident expert on Kochava and other ad attribution tools and reporting
