A successful Analyst will have the following:
- BA/BS in business, management, economics, finance, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Superior creative problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills
- Knowledge and appreciation of business concepts
- Experience programming in R/Python/Excel/VBA/SQL
- Experience in Data Modeling
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to Management and Executives

Job duties:
- Provide weekly and monthly forecast and variance analysis.
- Create models for new business lines.
- Work closely with multiple teams and business partners in order to incorporate business decisions into forecasts.
- Provide Ad Hoc forecasts and variance reports.
