The Driveline Architecture Engineering Supervisor leads the Driveline Architecture Engineering organization. The Architecture organization is responsible for the advanced engineering of driveline systems from concept through the component sourcing phases of a program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to delivering system architectures, preliminary component designs, ACE packaging models and sub system technical specification requirements.

The Engineer will work directly with the driveline engineering core, development and releasing organizations in conjunction with the chief engineer organizations to understand customer requirements, translate them into driveline functional objectives and ultimately into a design concept and set of preliminary component specifications.   The Engineer will lead 3 to 6 direct reports responsible for driveline component and subsystem design as well as extended teams including driveline simultaneous engineering teams.
