We are looking for Hosts, Servers, Bartenders, Bar Backs, Food Runners, Bussers, Prep and Line Cooks. Please find brief descriptions of the jobs below:

HOSTS: Looking for energetic and happy people - welcome guests to Mia's Italian Kitchen with a warm, friendly smile that represents the spirit of the restaurant. An outgoing personality and a love of people is what we seek for this important job. Day and evening positions available. Hosts work with our team to exceed our guests’ expectations and to provide them with the Mia’s experience.

SERVERS AND BARTENDERS- you set the tone for the dining experience at Mia's. Italian inspired menu and beverage offerings, where everything is made from scratch and the vibe is fun, friendly, energetic, and familial. An intensive training program with our expert trainers will teach you what you need to know and help you maximize your potential for great shifts.

FOOD RUNNER/ BUSSER/ BAR BACK: be a server in training, with the potential to earn great money. You will start by responding to guest requests, accurately delivering food to tables, supporting the service staff, and assuming responsibility for all tables, bar, and server stations during shifts – all with a smile on your face.  It's a great way to learn the business and grow within Mia’s.

Prep/Line Cook:

Mia’s Prep Cooks enable our restaurant to produce high quality items in a timely manner by keeping ingredients ready for service. A prep cook is responsible for the daily preparation of food items as assigned by the management team. Prep and Line cooks ensure we use the freshest ingredients, follow sanitation guidelines and recipes to standard to maintain product consistency.   1 year minimum experience with a focus on pizza/ wood burning ovens a plus.

Prep/línea cocineros: mínimo 1 año de experiencia con un enfoque en pizza / leña hornos preferidos.

 

Minimum requirements and expectations:

• Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment. 

• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure. 

• Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge.

• Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures. 

• Basic English language and professional communication skills are required.

• OPEN AVAILABILITY IS A MUST- INCLUDING WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS
