Chef

The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu planning, provisioning, food preparation, safety, sanitation and oversight of 14-16 staff members including kitchen and dining room staff. The position demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards.

Applicant should work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide the highest level of service and professional interaction to our residents and associates.
