General Description/Purpose

The primary function of the Admin/HR Coach is to manage the administrative and human resources functions for the CDT. This
includes coordinating the hiring and orientation of new employees; administering employee compensation and benefits;
handling worker compensation claims and records; and driving employee engagement by managing the EOS process and
encouraging employee participation. As such, the Admin/HR Coach is required to maintain all employee files to ensure legal
compliance of all administrative records (e.g., hiring requisition, employee, and medical files, driver files,) and signage. The
Admin/HR Coach is also responsible for managing controllable expenses (e.g., utilities, supplies) for the facility and ensuring
financial records are accurate and current.

As the Manager On Duty (MOD), this position is accountable for ensuring excellent customer service by overseeing the service
desk (e.g., by responding to escalated customer phone calls); resolving exceptions, including operational, scheduling, repair, and
delivery issues; ensuring building safety and security; and providing coaching and feedback to service associates and delivery
teams. The MOD is expected to promote a safety culture among all CDT employees by continuously monitoring work to ensure
all employees understand and implement safety policies and practices; conducting regular safety reviews; quickly and
appropriately responding to incidents or injuries; investigating safety accidents, injuries, and product incidents; performing daily
business closeout duties (e.g., reporting, locking building).

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • AND 1 year of experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
  • AND 1 year of leadership experience with indirect report responsibilities.



Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist with a big box retailer or industrial setting.
  • 2 years of leadership experience with direct or indirect report responsibilities.
  • Prior Lowe's experience.
  • Bilingual
