PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Keep accurate counts of inventory within locations of the building.
2. Back-up all Process Auditor functions.
3. Other duties as assigned by the Planning Department.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must have no more than 5.5 occurrences.
2. Internal candidates who have formal written disciplinary action pursuant to Policy 315 within six months and/or final disciplinary action pursuant to Policy 315 within the last twelve months are ineligible for consideration.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Strong understanding of DMS and facility processes preferred
2. Basic PC experience is a plus.
3. Knowledge of the concept of MC/IPs and unit relationship needed.
4. Effective written and verbal communication necessary.
5. Must be task oriented and have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
6. Must be detailed oriented and keep accurate notes.
7. Must be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision.
