CSA Sales Floor - Position Description :

Responsible for assisting customers with all their shoppingneeds including assisting customers in the selection, demonstration,preparation and loading of merchandise. Responsible for responding to customerinquiries throughout their shopping experience including promoting customerloyalty plans and/or extended protection/replacement plans where appropriate.

. Requires morning, afternoon, andevening availability any day of the week.

. Physical ability to move large,bulky and/or heavy merchandise.

. Physical ability to perform tasksthat may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary toperform job duties.

MinimumQualifications:

. 6 months experience using acomputer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.

. 6 months experience using a handhelddevice (e.g., mobile phone, LRT gun, palm pilot, tablet, iPod) to enter,access, and output information.

CSA Front End - Position Description :

Responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providingsupport throughout their shopping experience including promoting customerloyalty plans and/or extended protection/replacement plans, processing salesand returns using a cash register, and addressing customer complaints.

CSA Loader - Position Description :

Assist customers with all their shopping needs includingresponding to inquiries and helping customers with locating, carrying, andloading merchandise. Supports check out and other functions as needed includingpreparing quick-load items, replenishing shelf stock, and using powerequipment.

Load Puller - Position Description :

Support delivery activities including inspecting and preparingmerchandise and loads for delivery, unloading, installing, and checkingappliances and store equipment, and providing excellent customer service bygreeting customers and assisting customers in locating, selecting,demonstrating, and loading of merchandise.

Receiver/Stocker:

Responsible for distributing and stocking merchandise throughoutthe store including caring for store equipment and cleaning hazardous materialsspills. Responsible for providing excellent customer service by greetingcustomers and assisting customers in locating, selecting, demonstrating, andloading of merchandise.

. Preferred Qualifications:

. 3 months experience operatingforklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment.

. 6 months experience in a warehouseperforming inventory handling and stocking.

Assembler - Position Description:

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers,assembling merchandise, prioritizing merchandise for assembly, performingproduct pre-delivery inspections, and ordering product parts required forassembly. Assists customers in locating, selecting, demonstrating, and loadingof merchandise.
