GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The Renovation Specialist works on all assigned tasks and perform work to code and as per BRC standards. Assigned tasks include, but are not limited to, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical installation/repair, and HVAC. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists in the installation of drywall, molding, flooring, appliances, tile and cabinetry depending on the local codes and job specifications. Assists in the installation of electrical, plumbing, heating
