JOB SUMMARY Position will start out as 1st shift, but must be willing to work any shift after being hired. Prefer someone with a background in a hospital or medical environment. Prefer any of the following: EPA license, Boiler Operator license, plumbing license, electrical license. Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds. Working under close supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance.
