JOB SUMMARY: -Responsible for assisting the bindery, inspection & shipping operations. Including assisting in the setting up and operating bindery. inspection, and shipping equipment. -Setting up, operating, and maintaining bindery equipment of guillotine & manual cutters, laminators, & back-splitters and other equipment. -Inspection analysis and identification of printing problems, measurement of dimensions, print quality, registration, color, reading drawings, and proper calibration and reading of measurement devices. -Shipping requires the operation of weight and counting scales, shrink wrappers and bar code printers. Operation of a computer for producing shipping and packaging slips and freight carrier documents for incoming and outgoing freight.
