Accounting Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

-Assisting with monthly financial statement reports and analysis -Manage full cycle Accounts Receivable activities including the posting of receipts and actively monitoring customer balances to ensure prompt collections -Manage full cycle Accounts Payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation, entry, and payments -Follow the company's established accounting processes in relation to all AP and AR functionality -Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of select balance sheet accounts -Assist with the processing of payroll -Accurately provide detailed analyses and explanations of select AR/AP transactions and significant variances Working hours: M-F 8am-5pm Skills: -Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience -Strong computer
