Randstad in Montgomery County, MD is seeking a Housing Re-certification Specialist for a client of ours in Gaithersburg, MD. We are looking for a professional experienced with Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Section 8 properties. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: *Preparation and approval of initial and annual tenant income certifications Review of tenant files to ensure compliance with applicable government regulations Follow up with applicants to obtain required LIHTC/Sec 8 documentation Assist staff with questions and issues relating to tenant compliance Completing adhoc admin projects, as needed Working hours: 8 am to 5 pm
