Leasing Agent - Full-time / Part-time

Currently hiring for a LONG TERM Customer Service position

Requirements for the Leasing Agent include:

• 6+ months customer service experience
• Working knowledge of computer software, excel, word
• Data entry skills
• Great verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties of the Agent:

• Field incoming phone calls from current and prospective lease holders
• Place outbound phone calls
• Submit facilities requests based off of work orders
• Handle leasing paperwork
• File documents
• Complete Data Entry
• Resolve issues/complaints
