Tasks/ Duties:
-Process Sterling Background Checks/ Fingerprints and LEIE Check (new hires)
-Process and create New Hire Paperwork -Collection/ Followup
-Create and update New Employee Onboarding Folders
- Draft Offer Letters/ New Staff Email ( will have templates)
-Prepare New Hire Blue Binders
-Maintain HR Files - Employment, Terminations, I9's.
MD Report of New Hires
Mail - AM/PM run/ Sort HR Faxes & HR Office Paperwork back and forth from facility across street
-Make Parking Pass - Frederick only
- LEIE Exclusion Check/ Driving Record Check (current employees)
-Update HR Folders: Policies/ Job Descriptions, etc
