Bilingual HR Assistant

This operating plant has 130+ Spanish-speaking employees in the facility and growing. The HR team currently struggles with communicating with this population when assisting with worker's compensation cases, on boarding, and other HR duties. This individual will be responsible for assisting in those conversations, while also taking care of the HR administrative functions.

Main Functions:
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking manufacturing employees
- Complete and file Worker's Compensation paperwork
- Complete I-9 forms using Everify
- Assist with on boarding paperwork for employees
- NO RECRUITING, but may help conduct interviews
- General filing

MUST HAVE:
- Fluent in Spanish
- 2+ years of administrative experience in most recent job (heavy paperwork and filing experience
