About this job
This position primarily focuses on the review of business transactions coming from the various field locations to ensure that contractual arrangements, sales, and income are recognized properly. Individuals in department are also called upon to conduct research, contact customers regarding resolution of issues, and follow up on any outstanding issues in a consistent fashion.
Duty or Responsibility
Audit daily business transactions from retail stores and/or affiliated businesses
Provide feedback to the various business channels on their performance to help reduce loss and increase profitability
Police the customer database for accuracy and provide feedback to management to help reduce loss and increase profitability
