About this job

Job Description:

- Obtain PO's for repair & maintenance invoices if not provided
- Process payments weekly; printing, signature, and mailing for product purchases
- Review and reconcile vendor statements
- Enter BOL invoices daily, as received from Fuel Billers
- Process Lube purchases via 3-way match
- Enter Shell invoices into Great Plains, process EFT's, and reconcile account
- Process intercompany transactions
- Process CFN payments on the 1st, 11th, and 21st of each month
- Process Safety-Kleen Buyback Credit Memos
- Enter ACH Disbursements in AP module monthly
- Assist with month end close
- Maintain AP Files including entering of new vendors, and maintaining existing ones as well as obtaining W-9's for all vendors
- Work as a part of the corporate team, ensuring AP needs are handled at all times with an emphasis in customer service skills with a variety of department heads
- Works well in a team environment to learn continuously and to solve unexpected problems
- Understand and live core values

Qualifications:

- BA/BS Degree and/or 2+ years of industry related experience ($17-$18)
- AA Degree with 2+ years experience ($15-$16 per hour)
- Great Plains experience with 2+ years and BA/BS (up to $20 per hour)
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Additional Information:

- There are (2) AP openings for the Corporate Department and (1) for the Commercial Department.
- The company offers a tuition reimbursement plan after one year of employment (75% of tuition paid up to $5200 per year)
